A gentle buccal oral massage for TMJD in Salt Lake City, Millcreek Utah

Hello SLC and Millcreek, welcome to Fall! I aim to be the safe space where you FALL in love with your skin and feel better in your body. I'm so excited to feature some helpful skincare products and massage techniques.

Apple DNA Smoothing Mask This mask is the texture of applesauce and smells like a fresh snack! It's organic and effective for smoothing and hydrating dry, rough skin and brightening dull skin. It contains natural fruit acids that are powerful without being too strong. Fruit based antioxidants help reverse damage from environmental pollution, sun damage and imbalances. I'm applying this in all my fall facial specials.

Pure Turmeric Moisturizer Another Shir-Organic product! It's medium weight, moisturizing without being greasy and brings a light "spiced" scent similar to cloves. You get the benefits of vitamin C and B6 plus minerals and antioxidants; hydrating, brightening, lightening and anti-inflammatory! Excellent for transitioning parched summer skin into fall and winter. Again, this will be part of all my fall facial specials.

Buccal Massage Stress will be increasing for a lot of us, whether it's back to school or job pressures for the holiday season. If you find yourself clenching your jaw, having headaches or feeling tense in the head or face, buccal intraoral massage can help. When I massage, I'm gentle and slow, to find the tension without unnecessary soreness. It gives a mild plumping and sculpting effect that increases with consistent treatments. Of course I wear gloves for oral buccal massage. It's so important to pair this massage with facial massage that warms up the area and massage therapy for related areas like neck, shoulders, chest, forehead, scalp, and skull. You can book a 60 minute session focused on massage and hydration, or add it to any massage or facial appointment.

Hot Stone Massage A long standing favorite as the weather gets chilly! I have made my own style from the traditional protocol and tried to include more of the parts clients love while leaving out some of the things clients don't like. Your feedback is so important to me! I use larger hot stones because they hold the heat longer than small ones. I've made a few changes for safety as well. Hot Stone burns are one of the most commonly reported spa injuries. Please tell me anytime the stones feel too hot for your preference, as each person can have a different sensitivity or tolerance. This is such a warm and melty spa treatment for tense, overworked, sore muscles and frazzled nerves. For best experience, book longer than an hour so I can go slow and get all your tight spots.

A little about me (Jen) I have been a massage therapist for 16 years and an esthetician for 13 years. Time flies when you're having fun! I love my job helping women find balance in their stressful lives. My sessions are usually quiet because I enjoy the work and the music and I get into the vibe, you can chat if you want but I prefer you go into a meditative state and rest your brain! My Millcreek

treatment room is dimly lit and quiet, with an infrared table warmer and space heater to customize your temperature. The sensory details matter to me and I hope you feel safe and comforted in my space. Send me a text message if you have any questions or book online to experience your fall refresh!
